The MarketHub homepage is the curated entry point to the ecosystem — presenting featured packages, trending content, new arrivals, and category shortcuts to help users find the best packages fast.
Homepage Sections
The homepage is composed of five distinct sections, each surfacing packages through a different lens. Together they give both first-time visitors and returning users a quick view of what's new and what's popular.
Hero Banner — Featured Packages
The hero banner displays 3–5 admin-curated featured packages in a rotating carousel. Featured packages receive dramatically higher visibility — appearing above the fold on the most-visited page of the marketplace.

The "New Arrivals" section shows packages published or updated within the last 30 days, sorted by submission date descending. Up to 8 cards are displayed with a "View All New" link to the full search filtered to recent packages.
Top Downloaded
The "Top Downloaded" section shows the 8 packages with the highest install counts in the last 30 days — weighted toward recent installs to prevent historical packages from permanently dominating this section.
Category Shortcuts
Category shortcut tiles provide one-click access to the four main package categories. Each tile shows the category name, a representative icon, and the count of available packages in that category.

Top Publishers
A compact leaderboard showing the top 5 publishers by reputation score. Each entry shows the publisher's name, tier badge, total install count, and a "View Profile" link. This gives users a quick way to discover trusted publishers.
Package Cards
Every package card displayed on the homepage and throughout the marketplace follows a standard layout designed to communicate key quality signals at a glance:

Featured slots are not purchased — they are curated by admins. To maximize your chances: maintain Gold+ reputation tier, ensure your package has Certified status, keep your average rating above 4.0, and keep your package actively maintained (recent update date matters).
