Leaderboard Overview

The leaderboard is updated daily at midnight UTC. It ranks every publisher who has at least one published package and has earned at least 1 reputation point. Publishers with zero points are not listed.

Leaderboard Tabs

The leaderboard has three view tabs to allow different slices of the ranking:

TabWhat It Shows
OverallAll publishers ranked by total reputation score
This MonthPublishers ranked by reputation points earned in the current calendar month — surfaces active publishers
By CategoryFilter to a specific package category and see the top publishers in that domain

Top 10 Badge

Publishers who appear in the top 10 of the Overall leaderboard earn the Top 10 Leaderboard achievement badge. This badge is permanent — once earned, it remains on the publisher's profile even if their ranking later drops below #10.

About rank movement arrows

Rank movement is relative to the previous day's published leaderboard. A publisher who gains 3 positions since yesterday shows ↑3 in green. No movement shows — in grey. The leaderboard is rebuilt from scratch daily — ranks are not cumulative.

Using the Leaderboard for Package Evaluation

The leaderboard serves as a trust signal for users evaluating new publishers. A publisher ranked in the top 20 with a Platinum or Gold badge has demonstrated sustained marketplace impact across installs, reviews, and community participation — a meaningful endorsement beyond just a certification badge.

When browsing package cards, users can click the publisher name to jump directly to that publisher's profile, where their current leaderboard position is displayed alongside their full reputation breakdown.
