Admin Marketplace Analytics
Admin marketplace analytics provide a platform-wide view of marketplace health — total install volumes, active publisher counts, category performance, top-10 package charts, and at-risk publisher identification. These metrics support operational oversight and strategic platform decisions.

| Active publishers in category | Number of publishers with at least one package in the category |
| Category growth rate | Period-over-period install growth for the category |

The admin analytics dashboard includes several Top 10 charts, all scoped to the selected date range:

Top 10 Packages by Review Score
Highest-rated packages with a minimum review count threshold (10+ reviews) to filter out packages with too few reviews to be meaningful.
Top 10 Publishers by Points Earned
Publishers who earned the most reputation points in the period — showing who is most actively growing their marketplace presence.
Top 10 Categories by Growth
Categories with the highest install growth rate period-over-period — surfaces emerging demand areas for platform development focus.
At-Risk Publishers
The at-risk publishers panel automatically flags publishers meeting any of these criteria:
| Risk Signal | Criteria | Recommended Action |
|---|---|---|
| Declining installs | Install count declined more than 30% month-over-month for 2 consecutive months | Review publisher's packages for documentation gaps or competitive displacement; consider outreach |
| Critical issue backlog | Publisher has 3+ open Critical issues unresolved for more than 30 days | May trigger certification review; flag for admin follow-up |
| Low rating trend | Publisher's average rating dropped below 3.0 in the last 30 days (minimum 5 reviews) | Investigate review content for patterns; consider quality consultation outreach |
| Inactive publisher | No package updates or community activity in more than 90 days with active installs | Verify publisher is still maintaining their packages; reach out if contact info is available |
The at-risk publisher panel is an admin attention tool — it surfaces patterns for human review. No automatic action (demotions, notifications to publishers, or certification reviews) is triggered by an at-risk flag alone. Admins review flags and decide whether to take action based on the full context.
